Royal Arsenal Riverside

Steeped in military history, Royal Arsenal Riverside is a landmark regeneration project by Berkeley Homes that has transformed a series of disused munitions factories into a thriving riverside neighbourhood.

For the launch of the award winning Officers’ House collection, the client sought a fresh, contemporary brand to distinguish this apartment offering from earlier, more traditional phases of the development. The project spanned digital and print brochures, floor plan styling and CGI direction, plus an additional microsite and brochure for the residents only heath club.
